Step 1: Sync your ipod again and sure you music, videos, apps are backed up somewhere
Step 2: Download the .ZIP file above, and run setup.exe file
Step 3: Install QuickFreedom
Step 4: On your desktop there will be a "QuickFreedom" icon, open the program
Step 5: First make sure you install LibUSB... if not click install
Step 6: This program will scan for the 2.2.1 ipod firmware, if nothing is found you can hit download on the right side
Step 7: Making the Custom Firmware... Check Installer... and you can also choose a new boot picture/and recovery mode
picture... When done click "Create Firmware"
Step 8: In 5-10 Minutes it will be done creating your hacked firmware.
Step 9: Hit the arrow to the next step
Step 10: Now put your iPod into DFU Mode, if you don't know how to hit the DFU Info button
Step 11: Once in DFU Mode, hit "Start DFU Pre-Jailbreak", this may start automiatic if you click DFU info
Step 12: Open iTunes, and click "OK" on the message.
NOW.. Hold SHIFT as you hit restore, then a window will come up"
Step 13: Now find your custom firmware.ipsw file on the desktop. Then hit ok
Step 14: This will take about 5 Minutes... After that you have a fully 100% JailBroken Ipod Touch 2G
